Monday - Friday | 5:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Saber Building Services is seeking a dependable Custodian to perform routine cleaning at an automotive office facility near the Cabot Drive and West 12 Mile Road area in Novi. This position focuses on maintaining clean, sanitary, and welcoming restroom and kitchenette areas.

The Custodian will complete light cleaning duties throughout the assigned areas while working independently and following established cleaning and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Restock restroom supplies
• Clean sinks, counters, fixtures, and other restroom surfaces
• Clean and maintain employee kitchenettes
• Empty light trash from kitchenette areas
• Dust tables, counters, ledges, and other surfaces
• Wipe down appliances and high-touch surfaces
• Sweep and mop hard-surface floors
• Report supply, equipment, or facility concerns to management

Requirements

• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned duties
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain sanitary work areas
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, walk, and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and facility safety requirements

Pay: $17 per hour
