Saber Building Services is excited to welcome a dependable Custodian to our team at a professional office facility near the Crooks Road corridor in Troy. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work and takes pride in keeping office spaces clean, polished, and well maintained.

The Custodian will focus primarily on dusting and floor care throughout assigned office areas, including vacuuming with a backpack vacuum and mopping hard-surface floors.

Responsibilities

• Dust desks, furniture, ledges, fixtures, and other office surfaces
• Vacuum carpeted areas using a backpack vacuum
• Sweep and mop hard-surface floors
• Maintain clean and orderly assigned office areas
• Follow established cleaning and safety procedures

Requirements

• Must be able and willing to wear and use a backpack vacuum
• Dependable and consistent attendance
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned duties
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks

Pay: $16 per hour
