Team MJV is a Building Service Contractor throughout Indiana and Michigan.  Our coaches guide, encourage and teach each team member to effectively execute the scope of work for each customer partner.  We pride our Team on being professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. 

A Team Leader will oversee the cleanliness of a job site while providing and maintaining a clean and safe environment in accordance to Team MJV guidelines and the current OSHA standards and regulations. This position is primarily responsible for, but not limited to, performing all general cleaning duties, training new team members, and leading the job site team by both Team MJV and customer policies and procedures. Also includes proper knowledge, use, and maintenance of equipment, products, and supplies.

• Monday-Friday, 2nd shift
• 5 Hours per day

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean by specifications provided by Regional Coordinator that would include:
• • All General Cleaner responsibilities (see job description) 
• Assist with inventory control, supplies, and equipment 
• Provide job site support to Site Coach, Area Coach, and/or Regional Coordinator
• Communicate Team MJV goals and safety practices to team members
• Encourage and motivate team members
• Train new team members on job site cleaning procedures 
• Ensure all policies and procedures of Team MJV and job site are enforced 
• Report all cleaning, personnel, and/or customer concerns to direct report
• Maintain clean and professional appearance according to Team MJV uniform guidelines:
• • Black MJV T-Shirt/Sweatshirt 
  • Black or Khaki Colored Pants
  • MJV logo hat may also be worn
