Cleaning Operations Support Technician

Mark’s Cleaning Service is seeking a reliable Cleaning Operations Support Technician to assist with daily operations across our commercial cleaning accounts.

This position is ideal for someone who likes variety, enjoys working with different people and locations, and can step in wherever support is needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning support at customer locations
• Assist with employee coverage and staffing needs
• Perform routine janitorial and custodial duties
• Help maintain cleaning quality and company standards
• Assist employees and cleaning teams when additional support is needed
• Help with training and new employee support
• Address routine cleaning and service issues
• Assist with special projects and detail cleaning
• Communicate account concerns to management
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and employees
• Follow all company procedures and safety requirements

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable traveling between customer locations
• Able to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to help
• Cleaning experience preferred
• Leadership experience is a plus

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work evening hours and weekends when needed
