We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large retail facility. 

Requirements:

-Bilingual (Spanish and English)

-3 years of experience in the housekeeping/facilities industry

-Management experience including:

• knowledge of scheduling
• hiring, interviewing
• employee safety
• project planning
• management
• record keeping
• policies
• training

-Experience with emails

-Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

-Comfortable with sending Daily and Weekly recaps to management

-Comfortable with Bi-weekly executive management meeting

-No physical work restrictions (must be able to operate some cleaning equipment)

-Open availability to include nights and weekends

-Ability to manage multiple projects at once
