Primary Job and responsabilities:
- Answer phone and calls
- Check In and Out Guests
- Take reservations and changes
- Keep clean front desk and lobby area
- Handle Guest complaints and escalate when needed
- Help Laundry attendants and Housekeepers when needed
- Other duties as requested
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Customer Services experience
- Front Desk experience in Hotel is a plus
- Computer skills.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must be available to work on weekends (rotation)
6 am to 2pm
2pm to 10pm
10 pm to 6 am
$16 an hour.
