LACOSTA has an immediate opening for a Field Recruiter.  We are looking for an energetic, personable, highly motivated, and detail-oriented person to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit candidates for hourly positions within the organization
• Call, screen, and interview candidates
• Attend and coordinate Job fairs
• Community Outreach
• Assist with the new hire application process
• Process new hire paperwork
• Administer and supervise applicant pre-employment.
• Follow up with new hires to ensure retention
