Schedule: Part Time Monday-Friday 7 AM – Noon

Daily Job Tasks:

LACOSTA is looking for a dedicated team player who is a self- starter but can also take direction well in a GMP pharmaceutical setting.

Job Requirements:

- Must have clear handwriting.

- Must have experience on all general housekeeping tasks

-REQUIRES OPERATING A WALK BEHIND AUTO SCRUBBER AND WAREHOUSE CLEANING AS WELL AS GENERAL HOUSEKEEPING RESPONSIBILITIES.

-GMP cleaning including documentation of tasks and daily floor sanitation

- Floor Care, Buffing, Auto Scrubbing, Carpet Cleaning, Floor Scrub and Finish.

- Must be able o prepare for self-training, maintain proficiency, pass quizzes on the training and company’s policies and retrain yearly.

- Experienced in floor care. Operating Auto Scrubber, Scrubbing/Waxing tile, Floor tile buffing, carpet care- Spot cleaning, Bonnet cleaning and extraction.

-Detail project work and General Housekeeping duties as assigned by supervisor.

- Must be able to attend virtual and classroom sessions, as required.

- Be able to have clea,r accurate record keeping documentation in logs of floor, door, glass cleaning.

- Must possess work history in cleaning field

In addition, the important job duties include routine building cleaning, including trash removal; mopping, window cleaning; dusting, dust-mopping, and sweeping; cleaning lavatories; moving and setting up furniture and equipment; and policing grounds for litter. Must be able to clean 6,500 square feet per hour, which includes walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending and lifting. This high-profile position requires the ability to pass background check requirements including a drug screen and have the ability to lift 40lbs individually.
