LACOSTA’s mission is to make our customer’s environments clean, healthy, safe and efficient. We are looking to add a facilities maintenance position at our site in New Orleans!

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a supervisor role. Previous experience with maintenance or facilities work is a great fit for this position. 

Job Duties:

• Supervise other maintenance workers on shift.
• Conduct facility maintenance as needed, priorities change each day.
• Maintenance around the factory includes changing light bulbs, air filters, soap dispensers, etc. 
• Change out 5 gallon water buckets, groundskeeping, and Floor Scrubbing as needed.
• Complete tasks as outlined within instructions
• Effectively communicate anything important to higher management

Essential Functions:

• Comfortable bending, stooping, walking, squating and on ladders.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Able to work a whole shift while standing.
• May occasionally have to work a weekend day, anything over 40 hours is considered overtime. 

Schedule: 7am-3:30pm

Pay: $21/hour

We conduct background checks and pre-employment drug testing.
