REPORTS TO: Operations Manager
Compensation: $15.50 - $16.50
Position Summary: The Contract Services Group is looking for a dedicated worker that takes pride in their work and ensures that all the public areas are maintained tidy. As a Public Area Attendant, you will be in charge of keeping all the public facilities in a clean condition and promoting a positive friendly image to our guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Day Porter
· Clean all public areas to the standards required
· To clean and maintain all equipment daily
· To assist Guests in Public Areas when required
· Post caution signs when required
· Responsible for the upkeep of all the equipment used
· Complete deep cleaning projects, as required
· Report and injuries, damage, or missing items to the Public Area Supervisor
Knowledge and Requirements of the Day Porter
· A commitment to delivering high levels of service with attention to detail
· Strong work ethic Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment at all times
· Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the Public Area Attendant cleaning industry
· Integrity and capability to work independently
