We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team at CleanCraft LLC. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating inbound and outbound leads, managing email campaigns, curating content for social media, and providing administrative support to the VP of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Generate inbound and outbound leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Manage email campaigns to effectively engage potential clients and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Proactively gather content and contribute to the development of social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist the VP of Operations with administrative duties as needed.
- Keep the CRM up to date.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in the janitorial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
