The Project Tech will be responsible to drive results and quality for each stripping & waxing project assigned. This includes but is not limited to following schedules and routines to deliver expected results of quality and customer satisfaction and demonstrating a clear understanding of company standards. This position is expected to perform a variety of custodial activities across a spectrum of customers and sites.

EXPECTATIONS FOR SATISFACTORY JOB PERFORMANCE

    • Performs assignments according to company schedule and as expected by customer
    • This position may work nights, early morning, weekends, and holidays.
    • Performs all general required tasks as directed by Supervisor
    • Uses floor machines for buffing, stripping, waxing, vacuuming and carpet cleaning safely, according to proper usage, and as agreed to schedule with store/customer
    • Knows how to perform a carpet extraction
    • Performs all tasks within proper safety guidelines, company guidelines, and as directed by management
    • Follows all company policies and procedures regarding safety, customer service, proper attire, and working conditions such as hours and timekeeping
    • Ensures machines are properly stored, kept clean and proper levels are maintained
    • Required to wear uniforms as expected at worksites
    • Performs janitorial/custodial tasks based on defined scope of work and customer requests. These are performed to published schedules and within explained guidelines.  These tasks often include the following: 
      • Empty wastebaskets and replace liner as needed
      • Dust/clean tops of office furniture, desks and tables
      • Vacuum all carpeting
      • Spot clean soiled areas when needed
      • Clean and sanitize toilets, basins, and urinals
      • Clean counters, mirrors and fixtures
      • Sweep and damp mop floor with disinfectant
      • Spot clean walls, partitions, and doors
      • Refill all restroom dispensers as needed
      • Wipe/clean all table tops and chairs
      • Wipe/clean vending machines and appliances
      • Clean sink and damp mop tile floors
      • Assists Supervisor in training staff, maintaining standards, and meeting customer requirements
      • Maintains an inventory and recommends selection of suitable custodial supplies
      • Locks and unlocks doors
      • Activates and deactivates the alarm system
    • Able to read and communicate in English
    • Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials up to 50 pounds
    • Repetitive motion involved on a daily basis may include, but not limited to, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and squatting
    • Ability to operate small power tools
    • Requires stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, turning, and reaching into areas not fully air conditioned.
    • Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time to include climbing/descending stairwells and ladders
    • Can work independently and in stressful environments
    • Able to drive between customer locations. Some local area travel using personal vehicle.  Approximately 100% of the time and will vary during the month and week.
    • Regular, consistent and predictable attendance

El Técnico de Proyectos será responsable de impulsar los resultados y la calidad de cada proyecto de decapado y encerado asignado. EXPECTATIVAS DE DESEMPEÑO SATISFACTORIO DE LAS TAREAS

·         Realiza las tareas de acuerdo con el cronograma de la compañía y según lo que espera el cliente

·         Este puesto puede tener turnos nocturnos, temprano en la mañana, fines de semana y feriados

·         Realiza todas las tareas generales requeridas según las indicaciones del Supervisor

·         Usa máquinas para el piso para pulir, decapar, encerar, pasar la aspiradora y limpiar alfombras de manera segura, de acuerdo con el uso apropiado, y según los horarios acordados con la tienda/el cliente

·         Sabe cómo sacar las alfombras

·         Realiza todas las tareas cumpliendo con las pautas de seguridad adecuadas, las pautas de la compañía y según las instrucciones de la gerencia

·         Cumple con todas las políticas y los procedimientos de la compañía con respecto a la seguridad, el servicio al cliente, la vestimenta adecuada y las condiciones de trabajo, como el horario y el registro de horas

·         Se asegura de que las máquinas se guarden de la manera adecuada, que se conserven limpias y que se mantengan los niveles apropiados

·         Debe usar uniformes según lo previsto en los lugares de trabajo

·         Realiza tareas de limpieza/mantenimiento de conformidad con el alcance del trabajo definido y las solicitudes de los clientes.  Estas se realizan según los cronogramas publicados y en cumplimiento de las pautas explicadas.  Estas tareas suelen incluir lo siguiente: 

o    Vaciar cubos de basura y reemplazar las bolsas, de ser necesario

o    Quitar el polvo/limpiar la superficie de muebles de oficina, escritorios y mesas

o    Pasar la aspiradora en todas las alfombras

o    Sacar las manchas de las zonas que estén sucias, cuando sea necesario

o    Limpiar y desinfectar inodoros, lavabos y mingitorios

o    Limpiar mostradores, espejos y accesorios

o    Barrer y pasar el trapeador húmedo con desinfectante en los pisos

o    Sacar las manchas de paredes, divisores y puertas

o    Recargar los dispensadores de todos los baños según sea necesario

o    Pasar el trapo/limpiar todas las superficies de las mesas y las sillas

o    Pasar el trapo/limpiar las máquinas expendedoras y los aparatos

o    Limpiar los lavabos y pasar el trapeador húmedo en los pisos de baldosas

·         Ayuda al Supervisor a capacitar al personal, mantener las normas y cumplir con los requisitos de los clientes

·         Lleva un registro del inventario y recomiend
