Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist residents or guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Open doors for residents, tenants, and guests
• Answer the front desk telephone in a courteous, warm, and professional manner.
• Manage package receipt system.
• Receive and log dry cleaning and other delivered items.
• Deliver or distribute received packages and items to residents. Follow the designated sign-off protocol.
• Manage key storage and allocation system by condominium policy.
• Enforce building policies and procedures.
• Call emergency personnel, such as police and firefighters, in case of emergency.
• Conduct building tours involving authorized guests.
• Inspect common building spaces periodically to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

• Previous experience as a concierge or customer service.
