Spectrum Building Services of America is looking for Floor Care Technitians or Waxers for janitorial floor work and window cleaning and be a part of a great team of people!

Spectrum Building Services of America has delivered best-in-class office cleaning services to customers in a wide variety of markets, including corporate, commercial, plant services, manufacturing, education, retail, government, financial institutions and public venues.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Carpet Cleaning
Hard Floor Care
Pressure Washing
Window Washing
Taking before and after pictures of work performed
Properly closing work tickets
Nightly reporting of job performed
Properly handling supplies and equipment
Properly handling company vehicle or maintaining own transportation to and from jobs.

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma or Equivalent/Diploma de secundaria o equivalente

Certification Requirements (All)

On Site Area Manager Approval
