Now Hiring Full Time/Part-Time Entry Level Security Officers in Fresno, CA! 

• Part-time positions range from 16 to 29 hours per week.
• Full-time positions range from 30 to 40 hours per week

Candidates applying must be able to work one or a combination of the shift(s) below:

• Day: may work 6 to 8 hrs between 5:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Swing: may work 6 to 8 hrs between 12:00 PM - 3:00 AM
• Grave: may work 6 to 8 hrs between 8:00 PM - 9:00 AM

Working days and shifts are subject to change

Actual start and end times will depend on the sites assigned

Entry Level Security Officer Expectations:

• Ability to work alone; this role requires the ability to work independently with little to no supervision throughout the work shift. Clear expectations are laid out in the Post Orders. Team leads do visit job sites frequently and employees are only a call away from our Central Station, which is available for questions 24/7.
• Able to de-escalate situations; employees are provided training in conflict resolution and given hands-on situational training during report writing.  Employees should always seek a peaceful resolution to any issue. We are “observe and report” only.
• Stand for long periods at a time; employees may stand from 4 to 8 hours throughout their shift and may walk several miles within the vicinity and may be required to climb stairs.
• Work in changing weather conditions; employees are expected to work in the hot, cold, rain, and wind. Officers are provided with jackets and beanies for the cold weather.
• Able to be flexible with hours of availability; cooperation plays an impact in providing services to our clients. By cooperating to cover shifts employees can pick up extra hours and often may even work overtime hours.
• Able to interface with the public; employees are expected to be professional and courteous when interfacing with the public, vendors, and clients. Additionally, employees will inform visitors of the site rules and hours of operation. 
• Observe and Report: being visible to the public helps deter potential property damage or theft. Employees are expected to document; incidents, damage or loss of property, safety concerns, visitors to the property, and any other site requirements.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
