We are seeking motivated and polished professionals to join our organization as a Security Site Manager. We want qualified individuals to become an integral member of our successful and growing team. Accountable for facilitating communication and collaboration between senior management and security personnel stationed on-site, with the primary objective of ensuring the efficient and compliant execution of security operations in alignment with both post orders and corporate policies.


Security Site Manager

  • Promptly address and oversee on-site emergencies or security incidents as they transpire, with a commitment to timely and comprehensive communication of pertinent details to both management and the Security Operations Center.
  • Uphold the requisite protocols for security incident reporting, which encompasses thorough documentation such as comprehensive notes, photographic records, interviews with witnesses, and interactions with involved parties as deemed necessary and relevant.
  • Ensure that site supervision diligently oversees the schedule to ensure full contractual compliance, promptly reporting any potential open positions and necessary holdovers to maintain adherence to the contract terms.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the site supervisor and therelevant personnel to ensure that all schedule adjustments related to staff hours are promptly conveyed. This will contribute to the maintenance of an accurate and error-free weekly payroll and billing process. Approve all vacation and PTO requests.
  • Implement a comprehensive process to address company infractions by providing progressive disciplinary measures to all designated security personnel, with adjudication of these actions to be carried out by the Site Manager within a 30-day timeframe.
  • Ensure that all client requests and services issues are responded to by the management and supervision team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of professional-level work experience required.
  • Prior experience in law enforcement with some private security management experience.
  • May require a current state driver’s license, clean driving record (no points in prior 3 years), and the ability to safely operate a golf cart and/or vehicle and/or bicycle if assigned to a position requiring operation of such vehicles. Ability to provide own reliable transportation (or access public transportation) to consistently get to/from work on time is required.
  • Ability to maintain a reliable means to be contacted (home phone, cell phone, etc.) for assignments or changes to schedule.
  • Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.
  • Professional, articulate, and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
  • The ability to write effective and concise reports in neat, legible handwriting is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, a considerable plus.
  • This position requires excellent attendance and punctuality. Must be able to work in a very independent environment, and ensure all directions and instructions from the main office are followed consistently and thoroughly.
  • Demonstrated ability to be very customer service oriented, with the ability to professionally interact with all levels of individuals in a courteous manner, and to de-escalate situations before they become hostile or unpleasant.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required. 
  • Highly organized and ability to follow procedures concisely and consistently; high level of compliance and unwavering integrity to oversee and ensure policies are enforced in a self-directed environment.
  • Willingness to take direction and critical feedback and adapt to improve skills and effectiveness with a positive attitude.

 

Salary- $75,000-$85,000
