Duties And Responsibilities:
- Maintains overall responsibility for all aspects of cleaning services in a single or group of accounts.
- Performs customer services duties, and handles all client requests or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Follows up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supervises employees.
- Ensures all jobs are properly staffed and trained.
- Performs regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being met.
- Corrects deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary.
- Maintains budgetary compliance at all accounts.
- Maintains and processes payroll for all employees.
- Schedules project work when requested or needed.
- Applies and enforces all company policies and procedures.
- Works with the HR Department on disciplinary action and/or termination of employees whenever necessary.
Qualifications:
- Must possess comprehensive knowledge of janitorial operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have excellent analytical and supervisory skills; strong time management, project management, and critical thinking skills; and strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Must have the ability to clearly communicate effectively and tactfully with customers, subordinates and management of all levels within the organization.
- Must be responsible and have the ability to motivate workers.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work related tasks and special projects.
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Email.
- Pay rate depends on the experience.
- Must speak 75-80% English

Physical Demands:
Up to 100% walking and standing. Constant pushing, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, and reaching forward.
