Vonachen Group is looking to hire a Floor Care Technician in Mt. Vernon, IL. 

The Floor Tech is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service levels, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and assisting to provide a safe working environment.  This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.

Job responsibilities:

Primary job responsibilities include: 

• Cleaning and maintaining hard floor surfaces through nightly and periodic service, using the latest auto scrubber equipment.  
• Maintaining equipment through periodic preventative maintenance. 
• Providing high levels of customer satisfaction and high-quality service. 
• Adhering to company policies and OSHA safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.  
• Safely use cleaning chemicals and agents. 
• Handle other assignments as directed by site Manager.
