Will perform routine building cleaning under supervision, including trash removal; mopping, window cleaning; dusting, dust-mopping, and sweeping; cleaning laboratories; furniture polishing; moving and setting up furniture and equipment; and policing grounds for litter. Must have ability to work with other crew members and take direction from supervisor, must be able to perform all physical aspects of the job duties.

Skills and qualifications:

· Good communication skills.

· Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them.

· Ability to clean and disinfect various surfaces.

· Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds.

· Good organization skills.

· Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemical cleaners.

· Excellent time-management skills.

· Comfortable wearing steel toed shoes during entire shift.
