Purpose
To develop and multiple maintain client relationships, ensure compliance with customer contracts, and grow and nurture employees to their highest potential.

Accountabilities
- Administrative
- Prepare and submit payroll on a semi-monthly basis.
- Order supplies for appropriate facilities.
- Interview/hire new employees as necessary.
- Complete new hire paperwork.
- Request background checks.
- Request drug testing, as needed.
- Complete monthly and daily reports.
- Receive and distribute work orders.
- Complete other assigned tasks as deemed necessary by management.
- Personnel Management
- Manage Project Managers and building supervisors on a daily basis.
- Coach and counsel employees; take appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Adjust work schedules to meet the work demand.
- Replace and cover for workers if a “no show” occurs.
- Training
- Administer ASAP Project Manual and training programs.
- Provide ongoing training as needed.
- Inspections
- Conduct monthly ASAP inspections.
- Inspect work on daily basis.
- Customer Relations
- Work with Security and Facilities to resolve customer issues.
- Manage customer relations to ensure service is maintained at the expected level.
- Visit customer on a scheduled basis.
- Safety
- Facilitate monthly Safety meetings with employees.
- Report all incidents/maintenance/accidents to Corporate Safety immediately.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education:
Experience:
- 3+ years of related industry and role experience preferred.
- Proficient Microsoft and computer skills.
- Bi-Linguel (Spanish/English) required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
- Occasional standing, squatting, walking, for up to 10 hours.
