Purpose

To develop and multiple maintain client relationships, ensure compliance with customer contracts, and grow and nurture employees to their highest potential.

Accountabilities

  1. Administrative
    1. Prepare and submit payroll on a semi-monthly basis.
    2. Order supplies for appropriate facilities.
    3. Interview/hire new employees as necessary.
    4. Complete new hire paperwork.
    5. Request background checks.
    6. Request drug testing, as needed.
    7. Complete monthly and daily reports.
    8. Receive and distribute work orders.
    9. Complete other assigned tasks as deemed necessary by management.
  2. Personnel Management
    1. Manage Project Managers and building supervisors on a daily basis.
    2. Coach and counsel employees; take appropriate disciplinary actions when necessary.
    3. Adjust work schedules to meet the work demand.
    4. Replace and cover for workers if a “no show” occurs.
  3. Training
    1. Administer ASAP Project Manual and training programs.
    2. Provide ongoing training as needed.
  4. Inspections
    1. Conduct monthly ASAP inspections.
    2. Inspect work on daily basis.
  5. Customer Relations
    1. Work with Security and Facilities to resolve customer issues.
    2. Manage customer relations to ensure service is maintained at the expected level.
    3. Visit customer on a scheduled basis.
  6. Safety
    1. Facilitate monthly Safety meetings with employees.
    2. Report all incidents/maintenance/accidents to Corporate Safety immediately.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education:

  • High school

Experience:

  • 3+ years of related industry and role experience preferred.
  • Proficient Microsoft and computer skills.
  • Bi-Linguel (Spanish/English) required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
  • Occasional standing, squatting, walking, for up to 10 hours.
