Sales Representative
Reports to: VP, Business Development
ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT
Seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Provide complete and appropriate building service solutions for prospective clients across a variety of verticals and target customers within the South Florida market.
- Present, promote and sell services using solid industry standards and a systematic approach.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, mail, and social media campaigns.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and concerns to maximize satisfaction and retention. Work collaboratively with Operations in retuning accounts sold.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new revenue streams and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Visits accounts according to Service Level Agreements to improve customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve through feedback
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Excellent knowledge of operational and financial oversight, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Willingness to spend time in the field an
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (desired but not required)

- Ability to plan, organize, and supervise, through various levels of subordinates, the work of CBM employees in a manner conducive to full performance and high morale
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Five (5) years progressively responsible sales experience
- Bi-lingual
