SEJ Services is seeking a Branch Manager to join the team in Greenville, SC area.  The successful candidate will oversee all branch operations. The ideal candidate will have service industry management experience, strong attention to detail, and superior managerial skills. The candidate must also have excellent organizational, proactive communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills. 

 

The position reports to the Regional Manager and offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and manage financial branch operations by budgeting & forecasting, monitoring labor and supply costs, assisting with A/P & A/R, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action
  • Maintain quality services by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service concerns, and proactively identifying and preventing potential issues
  • Assist with all hiring, training, coaching, and counseling of employees and provide timely feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support branch staff by developing, coordinating, implementing, and enforcing policies, procedures, and productivity standards
  • Oversee the training and development of branch staff; helping staff take responsibility for and have autonomy in decision-making and creative problem-solving
  • Support Area & Account Managers, service multiple sites, and upsell services within the client base
  • Conduct facility walkthroughs and quarterly customer reviews and meet with customers to address any issues and develop strong, positive relationships

Compensation and Benefits:

    • Salary: $70,000 depending on experience. Experience in the janitorial industry 1-3 years, required.     
    • 401K: SEJ Services does a Safe Harbor match of 100% of your plan contributions up to 4% of compensation.

The company contributes $205.86/month to employee-only medical coverage and up to $30/month to the total amount of monthly premiums for supplemental plans elected.
