Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Dispatcher at HES Facilities Management located in Anderson, IN. The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching service requests, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication channels. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet service timelines.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Dispatching and managing service requests
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer satisfaction focus
• High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in facilities management, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry or related field is a plus
• Experience with CMMS
