• Works on site projects as needed.  Such as cleaning windows, preasure washing, carpets cleaning.
• Followed daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules, cleaned assigned areas of building.
• Cleaning throughout the facility, responded to floor care emergency calls; using proper equipment to clean area, at all times using universal precautions
• Work involves pulling and pushing, carrying weight up to 50 pounds, twisting, bending and reaching from floor to waist height and from waist to above head.
• Have the ability to maintain a professional and positive appearance and interact positively with supervisor, co-workers and client staff
• Responsible for staying abreast of current laws, regulations, policies, procedures and best practices and adapting to Company and industry changes

Qualifications

• Knowledge of English language
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Should be familiar with all floor care procedures including equipment and products to use.
• Must be able to work the hours as scheduled and have open viability if is need it.
• Must meet all local health regulations. This requirement also includes drug screening, criminal background investigation and reference inquiry

Position Requirements

• This job requires you to regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must live in service area.  No relocation costs.
