We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Manager to support our company's daily operations in a hospitality facility in Frisco, TX. The Area Manager will be responsible for operations management, strategic planning, and process improvement as well as building and maintaining customer relationships.  The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, experience in facility services, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in driving operational efficiency. Must be willing to work days, evenings, weekends & holidays. Bilingual is preferred (spanish and english).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

   - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned areas within the facility in Frisco, TX.

   - Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

   - Implement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

   - Continuously monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

   - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

   - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

   - Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.

   - Provide strong leadership and guidance to all Triad employees within the facility.

   - Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and accountability.

   - Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

   - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to remain competitive in the market.

   - Address operational challenges and issues as they arise, employing effective problem-solving techniques.

   - Implement solutions to prevent future issues and improve overall efficiency.

   - Make informed decisions to resolve conflicts and mitigate risks.

   - Monitor expenses and budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.

   - Identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost reduction.

   - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    - Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to standards and procedures.

    • Requires walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day.  
    • Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting up to 50% of the time.

 

Pay Range: $55k-$60k annually, depending on experience
