BRAVO! Building Services, a KBS Company,  is one of the largest facility support companies in the country.  BRAVO! provides fully-integrated facility support solutions including janitorial, healthcare EVS, mechanical maintenance, electrical contracting, mailroom support and additional facility support and outsourcing activities. The Company is headquartered in Bridgewater, NJ and operates branch offices in Irmo, SC, Arlington, VA, Raleigh, NC, Bentonville, AR and New Castle, DE.

Overall cleaning and maintenance of designated building space. Functions include cleaning, dusting, cleaning floors, emptying trash, cleaning windows/blinds, sanitizing and replenishing restroom and kitchen/break room products (e.g., soap, paper products, etc.). Responsible for the care of company-owned property (e.g., vacuums and other products used on-the-job).

Performs additional miscellaneous duties as required by the client and/or management.

General cleaning, ability lift 15-20lbs, walking, standing, lifting, reaching and bending.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Dust high and low surfaces (above shoulder height).
• Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, and restores dispensers with soap and paper products.
• Cleans additional rooms as requested (e.g., after special event or meeting).
• Clean refrigerators and other areas as instructed by manager.

Requirements:
Employees are required to obey all warning and safety signs and read labels on cleaning products.
Employee must be able to communicate in English.
