We are looking to hire an Area Supervisor that can help us provide quality Janitorial services to our Commercial clients here in Ogden UT.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete the weekly schedule for cleaning staff
• Manage daily schedules, including lunches and breaks
• Interview and train new staff
• Keep track of inventory needs
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including payroll
• Maintain quality standards
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Visit buildings and walk with clients to address complaint and issues.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Janitorial or Housekeeping management experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks as needed
• Organizational and leadership skills
• Basic computer and smart phone proficiency
• Time management
• Valid Drivers' License and 18 or older

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must be proficient in English & Spanish
