As a part of our professional cleaning team you would be servicing clients in the following ways: 

• Willingness to learn all aspects of the Site Managers position for possible promotion
• Weekend Opener/Trash Porter
• Light Plumbing
• Light Electrical
• Light HVAC
• Light Appliance Repair
• Painting/Wall Repairs
• Janitorial Duties as Needed
• Attention to detail
• Self Motivated
• Effectively communicating and informing other team members of needs & issues
• Possessing a Valid Driver's License 
• Keeping cleaning equipment operational by following manufacturer's operating and care guidelines; completing operartor repairs and parts replacement
• Maintaining a safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Maintaining continuity between shifts by documenting cleaning
