Primary Functions
Contacts property manager daily to be advised of any problems to be advised of any problems with janitorial crew’s work
If there are such complaints, the manager\coordinator must make sure the problem is corrected by either correcting it himself\herself or by informing the supervisor so that the supervisor can correct it.
Surveys buildings to inspect cleaning
If he/she finds any problems, the supervisor is notified.
Instructs crew of work needing done
Requisitions supplies and delivers to buildings
Solicits new business or additional business from existing customers and prepares bids to obtain the business.
Interviews, hires, and trains new personnel.
Responds to emergencies in accounts
Monitors the hours worked at each building to keep the building within their budgeted hours

Experience of leading a team of 30+ individuals (5+ years preferred)
