Responsibilities:
- Perform various flooring services, including carpet cleaning, buffing, stripping, and waxing, according to client specifications.
- Assess flooring conditions and recommend appropriate treatments or repairs.
- Operate specialized equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in flooring services, with expertise in carpet cleaning, buffing, stripping, and waxing.
- Knowledge of different flooring materials, treatments, and techniques.
- Ability to operate and maintain flooring equipment and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment or materials.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
