Daily responsibilities and duties are as follows but are not limited to.
- Oversight of cleaners (including training, and evaluating) in assigned accounts to assist the Division Manager
- Monitoring supplies and equipment on hand, deliver the supplies to the buildings as well.
- Perform cleaning tasks along with other cleaners as needed.
- Assist in ensuring the staffing and budget requirements are met
- Maintaining timely and ongoing communication with customers, staff and the admin staff
- Assist the division manager in customer visits and cleaner engagement.
- Take a proactive approach when staffing is needed for the buildings and ensure adequate coverage
- Visit buildings to ensure they meet high standards of cleanliness
- Must have reliable transportation
- Inspect the assigned accounts’ cleaning closets, logbooks, communication logs, SDS Binders, and PPE daily
