PART TIME Bilingual Operation/ HR Assistant
Weekly Pay! Hiring IMMEDIATELY! Start ASAP! Starting at $18 an hour!
This position will assist our Recruiter with screening potential candidates, scheduling interviews, and other operations supporting tasks. You must be flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the business as required.
This position offers 20 to 25 hours a week working Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 5:00pm-9:00pm and Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm. This position will have a daily/weekly call quota.
Candidate must possess the following attributes:
Qualifications
· 1+ years of experience in-house Recruitment; preferably hiring for high-volume or Administrative experience required
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using an applicant tracking system
· Knowledge of common recruiting practices and applicable regulations is a plus
· Aptitude for critical thinking and solutions-driven problem solving
· Bilingual (Must be fluent in both English and Spanish)
· Must have a valid Driver's License
Responsibilities
· Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
· Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with qualified candidates
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in our applicant tracking system
· Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
· Assist with candidate communication and follow-up throughout the recruitment process
· Create a positive candidate experience with transparency, empathy, and thoughtful communication from the initial contact
· Maintain upmost confidentiality as is expected in an HR capacity
· Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as needed
· Other operations support tasks
This position could require bending, reaching, extending, lifting up to 50lbs, and travel on stairs
