Responsibilities

Must be able to work 3rd shift.
Operate and maintain floor care equipment, such as scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
Restroom cleaning: Sanitizing using a KiaVac machine.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of all types of flooring, including carpet, tile, hardwood, and vinyl.
Area cleaning: responsible for vacuuming large, carpeted areas, dusting and mopping floors, and cleaning entrance mats. Spot and stain removal, shampooing and extraction.
Other duties, as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in floor care is required.
Knowledge of various flooring types and appropriate cleaning methods.
Lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Perform tasks that require physical movement, bending, and reaching
Pass pre-employment drug screen
Pass fingerprinting and criminal background check
