A&A is seeking a People Operations Specialist to support compensation and PTO administration, employee data management, benefits coordination, and leave of absence processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring HRIS data accuracy, compliance, and efficient communication across HR teams, Operations, and external vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
