We are looking for a Project/Utility Technician to join our team. This non-union position requires a motivated individual with experience in operating industrial cleaning equipment and a willingness to work flexible shifts. The role involves traveling to various locations and driving a company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate industrial cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and other related machinery.
Perform floor maintenance tasks such as **stripping and waxing** floors.
Assist with project-based cleaning tasks as assigned.
Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Read and respond to emails in a professional manner.
Drive a company vehicle to multiple job sites as required.
Work first and second shifts as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must speak, read, and write in English fluently.
Experience operating floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and floor maintenance equipment.
Ability to read and respond to emails efficiently.
Valid **driver’s license** with a clean driving record.
Willingness to travel between different locations.
Must be able to work first and second shifts as needed.
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as required.
