Pay rate for this position is $17.00 per hour. Schedule is M-F, 5 hours a day.
Working Site Supervisor:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in any supervisory and or management position.
- Must have Computer skills such as excel, word, and Email (Microsoft Office).

- To ensure that payroll is completed every Monday and relayed to head office by 3 pm.

- Are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
- To effectively plan, & coordinate any follow-up as well as floor care work.
- To ensure work shifts are properly scheduled to cover all aspects of the specification as per contract.
- Ensure Team Members have adequate resources to maintain standards on-site as per site specification.
- To carry out regular monthly performance & inspection reviews with team members, within their area of responsibility.
- Following all policies and procedures, and federal/state requirements.
- To maintain all records of income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment.
- To provide leadership, support, coordination, and guidance to ensure that quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met.
- The site supervisor is responsible for coordinating and insuring the satisfactory and timely completion of project and program work is done in the building on varying shifts.
- Secure and assure that all equipment is maintained and in working order.
- Makes sure the facility has sufficient janitorial supplies at all times.
- Training new hires, handling quality control and in-servicing staff is an essential part of the supervisor's responsibility and includes touring the building several times per day to assess work quality using current software for documentation purposes.
- Ability to understand and place into action basic infection control procedures for safety.
- Proficient in organizing and setting up rooms, including arranging tables and chairs.
- Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 50 pounds, push/pull a minimum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods of time.
