We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Stadium Maintenance Crew, specializing in power washing and backpack blower operations. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our stadium's seating areas, concourses, and exterior surfaces. Duties include operating high-pressure power washers and backpack blowers, ensuring all areas are free of debris and dirt, and performing routine maintenance checks on equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate power washing equipment to clean stadium seats, walkways, and facilities.
- Use backpack blowers to clear debris from stadium grounds and parking areas.
- Maintain equipment, performing routine checks and organizing repairs as needed.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for self and patrons.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule cleaning before and after events.
- Manage cleaning supplies inventory and submit orders for replenishment.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling event-related structures when necessary.
- Report any observed safety hazards or maintenance issues to management promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques.
- Support the stadium's sustainability efforts by using eco-friendly cleaning methods.
Requirements:

- Previous experience with power washing and backpack blower equipment preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and management.
- Commitment to following occupational health and safety standards.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
