Requirements of the Custodian Team Lead:

• Prior leadership experience in a supervisory or similar role
• Ability to work a consistent schedule with flexibility for occasional extended hours as needed
• Background in the janitorial industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in training, task delegation and motivating team to meet performance goals
• Professional demeanor with team and customer, solutions driven and respectful of client directives
• Accountable, honest and willing to take ownership of outcomes and continuous improvement
• Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners)
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials

Must be able to pass a background check & fingerprinting. Background MUST be very clean.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Shift Time: Roughly 4:30PM – 1:00AM (Shift times may vary occasionally)

Hours Available: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Starting Pay Rate: $17.50 to 20.00/hour (dependent on experience)
