Building One LLC is hiring a Warehouse/Maintenance Repair Technician to service our vacuums, carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, buffers as well as maintain our inventory and warehouse space.

Must have reliable transportation

Flexible hours between 8:30am-4:30pm

Monday-Friday 20 hours weekly

Candidate must have a great attitude, good mechanical skills, electrical knowledge, ability to work with a variety of tools and ensure the machines(vacuums, floor machines, washer/dryer etc.) can operate safely once repaired. Must be able to diagnose and repair equipment. Must also be able to perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is in working order. Able to use a broad range of tools including but not limited to volt-meters, drills, handsaws, utility knives, splicers, etc.
