Position Summary: CSG is looking for an energetic, responsible, and highly motivated experienced Housekeeping Supervisor PM to be part of our team and lead our team.

Pay Rate: $23.50-$24.00


Shift 10AM-6:30PM


Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Supervisor:

  • Inspect on a daily basis that all areas are cleaned and well maintained
  • Make sure all reports are done correctly, neatly, and detailed
  • Maintain janitorial equipment and storage room in a clean, safe, and an ordered manner
  • Place monthly supply order to replenish proper stock of equipment
  • Follow all the safety procedures and organization of the company
  • Maintain building security by keeping interior/exterior doors locked at all times

Knowledge and Requirements of the Supervisor:

  • Must have at least 2 year experience
  • They must be available to work weekends and be flexible with their schedule
  • Must have a clean DMV driving record - Able to operate a utility/golf cart
  • Must have a basic understanding of Cal-OSHA regulations
  • Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment of the janitorial cleaning industry
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies such as floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, and cleaning compounds and solutions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, walking, stooping, handling, and moving objects up to 50 pounds
  • Bilingual required
  • Computer knowledge- Should have a good understanding of using a computer and tablet device
