WEEKLY PAY, COMPANY VEHICLE AND GAS CARD PROVIDED!

Pay rate: $18/hr 

Responsibilities 

• Perform carpet cleaning, floor care (including stripping, waxing, and buffing), window washing, and construction cleaning. 
• Ensure buildings are secure and complete work tickets for processing. 
• Maintain the assigned company work vehicle and all equipment. 
• Conduct janitorial cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and restroom cleaning during slower project seasons. 
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery. 

Qualifications 

• Experience in floor care, including stripping, waxing, and buffing. 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Strong time management skills. 
• Valid driver's license. 
• Flexible availability, with a typical start time of 4 PM, Monday through Friday, and weekends upon request.
