Equipment Stocker
Location: Burlington, MA 

Employment Type: Full-Time 

Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

The Equipment Stocker plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cleaning services by managing inventory, tracking supplies, and maintaining janitorial equipment. This role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on technical ability, and a commitment to operational efficiency. The Equipment Stocker will oversee the availability of essential supplies, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and collaborate with the operations team to meet client needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and consumables to ensure availability at all times.
• Track supply usage and coordinate restocking to avoid shortages.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair janitorial equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor machines, and other tools.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule for all equipment.
• Support the operations team by delivering supplies and equipment to job sites as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines for equipment use.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic mechanical or technical knowledge to repair janitorial equipment.
• Valid Driver's License required for supply deliveries.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in equipment maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is preferred.
