Here’s a breakdown of the responsibilities and requirements:
Daily Operations:
- Reporting to the Corporate Office: Each workday will begin at our corporate office. You will receive your daily route assignment, which will outline the locations you are scheduled to inspect and support. This ensures efficient coordination and allows us to address any urgent needs or changes.

This includes assessing the quality of cleaning performed, identifying areas that need improvement, and providing feedback to cleaning staff. You will use inspection checklists and documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Covering Open Positions: In situations where a cleaning team member is absent or unavailable, you may be required to step in and cover their responsibilities. This requires flexibility and the ability to perform various cleaning tasks, including general cleaning, restroom sanitation, and trash removal.
- Detail Cleaning: You will be expected to perform detailed cleaning tasks as needed. This may involve specialized cleaning projects, such as deep cleaning of kitchens or bathrooms, window cleaning, or other specific requests from clients.
- Floor Work: Conducting floor maintenance will be a part of the role including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, buffing, waxing or other related tasks.
- Documentation and Reporting: Accurate record-keeping is essential. You will need to document your inspections, supply deliveries, time spent at each location, and any issues or concerns that arise. Regular reports will be submitted to the management team.

- Reliable and punctual
- Attention to detail and a commitment
