Schedule: 40hrs/Week

The incumbent is responsible for the management of an account or assigned accounts, the site supervisors and cleaning technicians assigned to each account. Specific responsibilities include work scheduling, establishing work standard, conducting site evaluations/audit, overall inventory/equipment usage, budget control, employee evaluations, troubleshooting/problem solving, training of site supervisors and support personnel, customer relations and special work as requested. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage employees work schedules, approve payroll & maintain budget.
  • Communicate conflicts with employees and clients to HR; mediate when able.
  • Establish rapport with clients and employees to provide excellent customer service.
  • Provide detailed training about job function, products and all procedures to employees.
  • Directs employees to follow company policies, uniforms and PPE.
  • Manages site product inventory and equipment maintenance.
  • Makes minor equipment repairs when needed.
  • Works with Operations Manager to manage employee work schedules and overtime within budget.
  • Tracks and maintains company properties, vehicles, expenses record as required.
  • Communicates changes, expectations effectively, Disciplinary actions, Performance issues as needed.
  • Delegate work assignments and set expectations during training.
  • Demonstrates Knowledge of market, accesses threats and competition to accounts.
  • Works with integrity and ethics.
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses amongst all staff. Work with HR to determine best fits and eligibility for promotion.
