Position Summary & Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Regional Manager of Safety and Asset Protection to join our leadership team. This high-visibility role is responsible for overseeing and enforcing safety programs, asset protection strategies, and compliance initiatives across South and Central Texas accounts.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and has exceptional public speaking and interpersonal skills. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of safety and accountability at all levels of the organization.


  • Serve as a safety and asset protection leader across regional operations, supporting a wide range of commercial, educational, and medical client facilities.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor safety protocols, emergency response plans, and loss prevention measures.
  • Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and compliance inspections.
  • Lead and participate in client meetings, safety presentations, and training sessions.
  • Partner closely with field teams to promote safe work practices and reinforce company standards.
  • Investigate incidents and ensure timely reporting, documentation, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and Operations to support employee development and incident resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and metrics related to safety performance and asset control.

Qualifications


  • Proven experience in safety management, loss prevention, or a similar role—preferably in janitorial, facilities, or service industries.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills; comfortable presenting to clients and teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence employees at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a proactive approach to safety.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned region.
  • 5+ years of experience
