Your Responsibilities:
- Run daily janitorial operations across multiple accounts like a tight ship
- Oversee scheduling, staffing, and quality control on all shifts
- Maintain high client satisfaction through communication and on-the-ground leadership
- Conduct site audits and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Drive account retention and control operational costs with a sharp eye
- Coach, develop, and hold your team accountable — no babysitting, no hand-holding
- Work directly with the Owner and lead from the front
