Your Responsibilities:

• Run daily janitorial operations across multiple accounts like a tight ship
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and quality control on all shifts
• Maintain high client satisfaction through communication and on-the-ground leadership
• Conduct site audits and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Drive account retention and control operational costs with a sharp eye
• Coach, develop, and hold your team accountable — no babysitting, no hand-holding
• Work directly with the Owner and lead from the front
