Responsible for the general cleanliness of all assigned work areas.

• Responsible for the interior/exterior cleanliness of the building. 
• Trash removal and operation of trash compactor. 
• Responsible to light repairs (electric and plumbing).
• Cleaning property's common areas. 
• Care for property owned maintenance equipment.
