What You'll Do

Oversee daily operations and ensure job sites are running efficiently

Support and develop field supervisors and cleaning teams

Communicate with clients to maintain top-notch service and satisfaction

Manage scheduling, quality control, and problem-solving on the go

Help drive continuous improvement and company growth

What You Bring

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience managing people or operations (cleaning/janitorial experience a plus!)
