Compensation Range: $16.50 - $17.00 / hour 

Shift: Day Shift (Flexible hours)
Availability: Must be available to work weekends
Work Environment: Primarily outdoors

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our janitorial team in Las Vegas. This position requires flexibility, weekend availability, and the ability to work in outdoor environments. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining clean and safe spaces and is comfortable working independently or with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in outdoor areas including walkways, entryways, parking lots, and restrooms
• Sweep, mop, pressure wash, and collect trash from designated zones
• Restock supplies in outdoor restrooms and maintenance stations
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used and maintained
• Follow company protocols for safety, cleaning standards, and customer service

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible daytime hours, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments (heat, wind, etc.)
• Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
