The Role

Are you an early riser who likes to get in, get it done, and have the rest of the day free? We’re looking for a Weekend Warrior Janitor — someone reliable, energetic, and proud to make buildings shine while most of the world is still waking up.

At Performance Plus, our cleaners are the heroes behind every spotless floor and streak-free window. You’ll be the reason clients walk into a space that looks, feels, and smells ready for success.

Schedule: Thurs-Mon 7am-9:30am (12.5 hrs per week)

What You’ll Do

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and make floors gleam.
• Empty trash, restock supplies, and keep closets organized.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly.
• Notice the little details — because the little things matter.
• Represent Performance Plus with professionalism and pride.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Able to bend, lift (25–50 lbs), twist, and stand for your shift.
• Comfortable with early-morning hours (7 AM – 9:30 AM).
• Follows directions and safety protocols — we’ll teach you the rest.
